Cancellation policy: Please allow 48hours before your treatment to cancel, if you cancel on the day of your appointment you will be charged the full price of the treatment that you have booked plus an extra £20 deposit to secure your next appointment.
When booking for a tinting treatment you will need to book two appointments; one for a patch test 24 hour prior to your treatment and a second appointment for your eyebrow/lash tinting/extensions. Without a patch test the treatment cant be carried out and the appointment will be cancelled.
On your first visit, if you are booked in for massage or facial treatment please allow 15 minutes prior to your treatment time to complete a consultation form.
